Who We Are & What We Do
Maroondah Indian Community, a.k.a. MIC or Mi Community, is a group of friends and family living in Australia who appreciate Indian culture and traditions. The group does not promote any faith or belief in any country. This community was formed by enthusiasts living in the Maroondah council of Victoria; however, its membership is not limited to people from any region within Australia or India.
Mission
Maroondah Indian Community aims to share Indian culture with members of society regardless of age, gender, religious or political beliefs through cultural celebrations, sports, and special interest meetings.
Vision
Our vision is to unite a community of individuals who are committed to preserving and promoting Indian culture, as well as supporting the needs of the greater community.
